Cons: The fan power connector is a 4 pin molex connector. Maybe they should have included an adapter to 3 pin. Luckily my power supply can handle more molex connections. Other Thoughts: I'm not sure if they have versions without L.E.D.s. For some reason I tend to think that LEDS can cause some heat but it's hard to detect.
